Central High

A chondromanubrial prominence which is higher on the chest with the apex above the nipple line. Less common and less responsive to treatment.  Results vary by how high it is on the chest, If less than 1 inch above the nipple line then results are usually very good and can often be corrected 50-80% in a child with the LABTP. Results will be less effective the higher the prominence and the limit with bracing to get any form of result is 3 inches above nipple line.
